He worked at Raytheon Company in design, manufacturing, supply chain, and project management, and graduated from a 2-year leadership development program.

Josiah Ball is a budding business owner, national award recipient in applied economic research, and industry generalist. He is originally from the New Orleans MSA and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Josiah previously worked in multiple sectors, across various industries. As a Real Estate development consultant, he led market analysis efforts to address food deserts for the city of Dallas. As an economic and geospatial analyst, he had a significant role in over 30 corporate relocations. And at Hilton Worldwide he was a subject matter expert in omni-channel personalization, platform architecture support and enterprise information support, for global commercial capabilities.

Josiah is a doctrinaire of a philosophy called "The Process."
